David Glick is the Chief Executive Officer of Arc Hospice & Palliative Care and brings more than two decades of leadership experience in hospice and palliative care. Throughout his career, he has held multiple chief executive roles at hospice organizations, including Asana Hospice & Palliative Care and Life Choice Hospice, where he led organizational growth, operational excellence, and high-quality, compassionate patient care.

David began his career as a corporate lawyer and is known for his strategic vision, strong operational leadership, and deep commitment to advancing mission-driven hospice services.

Annemarie Switchulis brings over 30 years of nursing and leadership experience in hospice and palliative care. She began her career as an oncology nurse clinician and went on to serve as President and COO at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care. There, she led a nationwide network of programs and prioritized equitable access to care for patients and families, while fostering a culture that empowered employees to lead with compassion, confidence, and purpose.

Ben brings over a decade of healthcare leadership experience to his role as Senior Vice President at Arc Hospice. With a strong track record in business development and strategic partnerships, Ben is focused on expanding access to compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care.

Moshe Vail is the Chief Financial Officer of Arc Hospice & Palliative Care, He brings over a decade of financial leadership experience within the healthcare and hospice sectors, with deep expertise in accounting, financial operations, and organizational growth. Prior to joining Arc, Moshe held Controller roles at Asana Hospice and Platinum Health Services, overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and operational finance across multi-year tenures. Moshe holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Touro University and is recognized for his strong analytical approach and commitment to financial stewardship in mission-driven healthcare organizations.

Megan Heisse is a Master’s prepared nurse with 25 years of nursing experience. She has served many multi-cultural communities in hospice for over 15 years in 17 states. She is guided by the belief that every person has the right to choose their destiny and guide their care. Megan teaches every member of the hospice team, despite their role, that all systems and processes begin and end with the betterment of the patient and family hospice experience. She is passionate about providing care that is patient and family driven and creating plans of care that encompasses more than just medical care. The Arc hospice plan of care includes joy, love, and a passion for life left to live.

Rachelle Pierre is the National Director of Quality and Education at Arc Hospice and Palliative Care, where she guides clinical operations for patients across the full age spectrum, focusing particularly on adults and seniors receiving hospice and palliative care. Her leadership ensures that all care reflects Arc’s mission by being delivered with unwavering compassion, dignity, and clinical excellence. Rachelle manages clinical outcomes, compliance, and accreditation, working with interdisciplinary teams to uphold evidence-based practice. She champions a team culture built on equity, excellence, and accountability to provide patients and families with the highest quality, personalized hospice.

Justin William Homa is the Executive Director at Arc Hospice and Palliative Care in Gainesville, FL. With 21 years of leadership experience, he specializes in guiding KPI driven, fast-paced healthcare call centers. In his role, he oversees the local hospice program as well as the Central Intake Team, and he is particularly proud of his commitment to employee engagement and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

As the Administrator of Arc Texas Hospice, she brings over 30 years of experience in the skilled nursing and hospice industries. She is passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care and considers it a privilege to be part of something truly meaningful—celebrating patients’ lives and honoring their wishes with dignity and respect. Serving people is what hospice life is all about, and she is fully committed to that mission. Her goal is to provide the very best care and support to patients and their families during life’s most vulnerable moments. Outside of work, she is a proud wife, the mother of three grown sons—two of whom are Marines—and “Coco” to three beautiful grandchildren. She deeply values family in all its forms: her home family, her work family, and the friends who have become like family along the way. Being part of this organization brings her great joy, and she is truly grateful to be here.

Chantal is a seasoned management professional with over 25 years of experience, bringing a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and team development. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and an Associate’s degree in Nursing, combining business acumen with clinical insight. Possesses 10 years of dedicated hospice experience, with a proven commitment to compassionate, patientcentered care and effective organizational leadership.

Elizabeth is a seasoned healthcare leader with over a decade of experience driving growth, operational excellence, and community impact across diverse care seings. Guided by a deep commitment to patient care, compassion, and supporting families during life’s most vulnerable moments, she has built a career that blends strategic leadership with heartfelt service.

Her hospice journey includes serving as Director of Access, where she managed sales and operations for intake, admissions, and business development, and later advancing to Executive Director/Administrator of Hospice & Palliative Care. In these roles, she spearheaded initiatives such as opening a new inpatient unit and launching palliative programs across a major health system—always with a focus on ensuring patients and families receive care marked by dignity, love, and comfort. Elizabeth also brings experience in software solutions focused on post-acute care, hospice, and value-based care, bridging technology with operations to enhance the patient and family experience. Elizabeth leads with compassion, strategic vision, and a steadfast dedication to uniting teams around the mission of caring for both patients and their loved ones.

Leigh brings more than 20 years of experience in hospice and healthcare leadership and a heartfelt commitment to serving patients and families during life’s most vulnerable moments. Throughout her career, she has held progressive roles in admissions, marketing, community relations, and clinical program development, most recently as Director of Mission Advancement at Hospice of Marion County. Leigh is passionate about building meaningful community partnerships, supporting and inspiring teams, and expanding access to compassionate, high-quality care. Her work is guided by purpose, compassion and a deep belief in the hospice mission.

Ashley Meador is a compassionate Director of Clinical Services who began her career at the bedside as a hospice nurse, shaping a deeply patient-centered approach to care. Proud to serve her hometown, she finds hospice work especially meaningful, recognizing it as one of the most important moments in a family’s life and a true blessing to be part of. She leads with empathy, kindness, and respect, ensuring patients and families feel supported, understood, and genuinely cared for every step of the way.
